Dear Friends of the WES/MAC PTO,

 

    Each year, the WES-MAC Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) hosts events to raise funds to support enhancements to the children’s educational experience at the Westport Community Schools.  It is the donations of time and money made by families, friends, and area businesses that make these events a success.  In the last several years, the PTO has been able to fund field trips, assemblies, classroom IPads and other supplies, updated classroom/lobby furnishings, fencing at WES, Wildcat gear, field day t-shirts, teacher supply stipends, and Lexia rewards to name a few.

 

    This year, we are attempting to streamline our fundraising efforts, to alleviate repetitive donation requests of our local business partners. We are offering annual tiered sponsorships to accommodate at multi-levels to all the benefits of being our prime sponsors for each individual event.

1. Diamond Sponsorship: $5,000 - will include all Platinum Sponsorship recognition + name and Logo on all printed event materials (flyers, t-shirts etc) as event sponsor, and 2 passes to all PTO run events (including 1 free "yard sale" space at the Fall Festival) 

2. Platinum Sponsorship: $2500 - will include all Gold Sponsorship recognition + recognition at all event as Platinum sponsor, Name on all printed event materials, 1 pass to all PTO run events including 1 "yard sale" space at the Fall Festival

3. Gold Sponsorship: $1000 - will include name recognition, social media recognition prior to events

4. Bronze Sponsorship $250 - will include name recognition at all PTO run events

Otherwise, checks may be made payable to the WES-MAC PTO and mailed to: WES-MAC PTO, 380 Old County Road, Westport, MA 02790.  In order to ensure the proper recognition on printed materials, we ask that all sponsorships be received by November 1st.   Please contact us at wesmacpto@gmail.com with any questions.
